The pack uses a 4-pin Hailong-style base plate designed for standard down tubes, with an integrated lock and dedicated keys to keep it in place and deter theft. The listing says the discharge connectors are Anderson and XT60, in female and male versions, so most kit wiring should connect without cutting or soldering.
Everything needed for installation is listed: the battery, a charger, the base plate, keys and the adapter cables.
Cells and capacity
X-go states the pack contains 50 cells of 2,600 mAh each, giving a true 36 V 13 Ah. That is about 468 watt hours. A 25 A BMS guards against overcharging, over-discharging, overcurrent and short circuits.
The listed weight is 3.7 kg. Charging is DC 42 V at 2 A, and X-go quotes a full recharge in about 6.5 hours, which suits overnight charging rather than a quick top-up at lunch.
Size and practical checks
Dimensions are given twice, as 365 by 90 by 92 mm and 360 by 90 by 92 mm. Measure your bottle cage bolt spacing and frame clearance before ordering, especially on small or folding frames. An LED display shows remaining charge.

Against the SZHKDC Hailong
The SZHKDC 36 V 13 Ah is close in concept, with a 4-pin base and a 30 A BMS, and it names many bike brands it fits. Its output cable has male and female connectors, but the plug type is not named. If you have a kit with Anderson or XT60 wiring, the X-go removes the uncertainty. The FEIMOKY pack runs at 48 V, so it is not interchangeable.
Verdict
Buy the X-go if you run a 36 V conversion kit and want both Anderson and XT60 connections in the box. If you own a named factory bike such as a Fafrees or JASION, the SZHKDC Hailong lists those fits, and 48 V owners should look at the FEIMOKY HL-4813UK.
