Our take
Electrical specifications
The pack is 36 V and 14 Ah, listed as 504 watt hours. The BMS limits constant discharge to 15 A, the charging port is DC 2.1 and the discharge connection uses two pins. A single tri-colour LED shows charge level.
That 15 A limit matters. It is lower than most packs in our guide and suits low-current controllers, typically on 250 W bikes. If your controller draws more, the BMS may cut out under load.
Lifespan and certification claims
Xiseny says the pack keeps more than 78% of its capacity after 1,000 cycles and has a life span of up to five years. It describes grade A original cells and an intelligent BMS against overcharge, deep discharge, overcurrent and short circuit.
CE, RoHS and UN38.3 certificates are claimed, along with capacity and short circuit testing before dispatch. The specification table oddly lists lithium metal as the cell type, while the title says lithium-ion, so treat that field with caution.
Checking the fit
The listed dimensions are 430 by 64 by 74 mm, a long, slim shape. Xiseny names F.lli Schiano, ESKUTE, Bodywel and Touroll as brands it can replace, and states it is not suitable for the Carrera Impel. Measure your existing battery and compare the connector position before buying.
The weight is listed as 3 kg, with 3.5 kg in a separate field, which is light for this capacity.
Against other 36 V packs
The SDTYYP Silverfish carries more capacity at 15.6 Ah with a 30 A BMS, but only fits XH370-10J frames. The X-go Hailong is a down tube pack with Anderson and XT60 leads for conversion kits. The Xiseny only makes sense if your bike shares its tube shape.
Verdict
Buy the Xiseny if you own an F.lli Schiano, ESKUTE or similar bike that uses this tube battery and your controller works within a 15 A limit. For Silverfish frames choose the SDTYYP XH370-10J, and for Hailong down tube mounts the X-go or SZHKDC packs.
