The FEIMOKY HL-4813UK is a replacement down tube battery for e-bikes that already use a Hailong-style mount and run at 48 volts. Its distinguishing point is paperwork rather than chemistry: it is the only battery in our comparison whose listing states UKCA certification, alongside CE. For UK buyers worried about the safety of unbranded lithium packs, that statement and the inclusion of a UK 3-pin charger make it the most locally focused option we looked at.

Our take
What the listing covers
FEIMOKY describes a 48 V, 13 Ah lithium-ion pack with a smart battery management system that guards against over-charging, over-discharging, short circuits and overheating. The specification table gives a 30 A rating, which describes how much current the pack is set up to deliver. The maker claims up to 1,000 charge cycles.
Multiplying voltage by capacity gives roughly 624 watt hours of stored energy. The listing quotes 35 to 45 miles per charge, with the usual caveat that rider weight, terrain and assist level change the real figure.
Fit and compatibility
The pack is pitched as a direct replacement for e-bikes and scooters with a Hailong battery mount and motors from 250 W to 1000 W. In the UK, road-legal e-bikes are limited to 250 W, so the higher motor figures apply to off-road or non-UK machines.
What the listing does not say is which discharge connector sits on the base. That is the part that plugs into your controller, so compare it with your old battery or ask the seller before ordering. The dimensions, 36 by 9 by 11 cm, should also be checked against your frame, as Hailong is a family of shapes rather than one exact size.
Weight, weather and warranty
The specification table lists 5.1 kg, with 5 kg in the battery weight field. That is heavy for 13 Ah and worth noting if you carry the battery indoors to charge. FEIMOKY says the casing resists rain, dust and splashes, which suits British commuting.
The box includes a UK 3-pin plug charger and the listing promises a 12-month warranty.
Choosing between it and other 48 V packs
The WR-TEAM 48 V 20 Ah offers far more capacity, Samsung 50GB cells and a 3 A charger, but its listing states no certification marks and no specific mount. The FEIMOKY trades that extra range for a clearer safety statement. If your bike runs at 36 V, neither is suitable: look at the X-go or SZHKDC Hailong packs instead.
Verdict
Buy the HL-4813UK if your e-bike uses a 48 V Hailong mount and stated UKCA certification matters to you. Confirm the connector first. For more capacity on a conversion kit, the WR-TEAM 48 V 20 Ah is the alternative, and 36 V owners should look at the X-go Hailong.
